Strategic Plan

Kentucky Pork Producers is launching an initiative to develop a strategic plan in cooperation with Tennessee Pork Producers. Over the next several weeks, a representative Strategic Planning Task Force will create a plan to best position the associations to meet future challenges and opportunities. 

This process is designed to leverage the expertise and insights of members, staff, and partners in the industry. We invite you to take the stakeholder survey by Friday, October 13. Your responses will help identify priorities, recommendations, and outcomes to best position Kentucky Pork Producers for the future. Please share the survey link with your colleagues.

The Task Force will meet in person in November to review the findings from the stakeholder survey and draft the plan. The plan will include activities and metrics to measure progress on strategic goals to be reported on annually.
